Cooper has been speaking, communicating and emceeing since 2002 in business, civic settings and within faith-based organizations. He spent five years training and deepening his speaking abilities as a member of Toastmasters International and continues to research and study what makes great communicators in the marketplace.

Since 2010, Cooper has worked full-time for Coca-Cola and more recently Biotech Company Amyris, Inc before launching Speaking Up Your Game full time. During this marketplace years, he constantly gave business presentations to get buy-in on new strategic initiatives and give meaningful project updates to executives and the C-suite.
